Honouring a Pioneer We enjoy high-speed Internet connectivity today... but do you know the pioneers of Singapore's telecoms industry? Meet 91-year-old Mr Sim Say Hai. A telecoms engineer since pre-Independence, he and his team established Singapore's first satellite earth station on Sentosa. Watch his reaction as theatre actress Ethel Yap of Pangdemonium's Tribes fame brings him on a walk down memory lane – to revisit the historic site. While there, she lets viewers in on a sweet surprise. In honour of our telecoms pioneers on World Telecommunications Day.

We Honour You, Mums! "What would you say to your mum if you knew you won't get to see her tomorrow?" That's a sobering question we put to these mums and daughters (including a young cancer survivor). They thought they were coming for a high tea, but they got a whole lot more. Watch and see how these mums and daughters answer this question. The mother & daughter relationship can be a beautiful yet complex one. May this Mother's Day give you opportunities for a new beginning; a fresh reboot in authentic conversations and the genuine connection that we all desire.  Happy Mother's Day to all our mums -…

Honouring our Firefighters

We have many silent heroes around us who keep us safe and sound, and we often take their efforts for granted. Today is International Firefighters Day. It is a fitting occasion to honour our firefighters, who are on duty around the clock to keep our homes and neighbourhoods safe. Watch on to see a day in the life of firefighter Israr, and how Honour Singapore teamed up with The Hidden Good to spring a surprise on him at Tampines Fire Station. Thank you, Firefighters! We honour you for the sacrifices you make to keep our nation safe.
