Empower the Next Generation of Honourable Leaders
Nurturing Future Leaders is a values-driven initiative dedicated to developing the next generation of leaders who lead with integrity, empathy, and a strong sense of civic responsibility. In a rapidly changing world, the programme empowers youths to grow not only in capability, but in character.
This campaign is a collaborative partnership between the Singapore Polytechnic School of Business and Honour Singapore, launched in celebration of the School of Business’ 40th Anniversary (SB40).
Through values-based leadership programmes, mentorship, and experiential learning opportunities, Nurturing Future Leaders equips young people with an entrepreneurial mindset, a heart to serve, and the confidence to make honourable decisions—shaping leaders who will contribute meaningfully to society and the future workforce.

Join Our Fundraising Campaign
By supporting our Nurturing Future Leaders Campaign (till Jul 2026) — a collaborative initiative between Singapore Polytechnic School of Business (SB) and Honour Singapore in celebration of SB’s 40th Anniversary (SB40) — you help to:
- Develop Leaders: Deliver workshops and mentorship programmes that nurture resilience, servant leadership, an entrepreneurial mindset, and honourable decision-making — aligning with SB40’s vision of developing values-driven business leaders.
- Empower Youth: Create platforms for young people to voice ideas, lead community projects, and take ownership of causes they care about, while building confidence, responsibility, and purpose as future leaders.
- Provide Resources: Produce toolkits, digital content, and learning materials that equip youths with values-based guidance for ethical leadership, responsible citizenship, and meaningful contribution to the future workforce.
Your contribution will be matched by the Tote Board Enhanced Fundraising Grant, doubling the impact of your contribution. As an Institution of a Public Character (IPC) Honour(Singapore)’s supporters are also entitled to a 250% tax deduction on donations.
